We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our team and take an active role in the development and evolution of our digital products. You will work across the entire technology stack: from customer-facing interfaces built with Vue.js and Nuxt.js, to backend services, APIs, databases, integrations, deployment and server infrastructure. Our digital ecosystem includes e-commerce platforms, internal management tools, CRM applications and integrations with ERP, payment, logistics and third-party services. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys building complete, reliable products and taking ownership of their work from development to production. What you will do Frontend development
Develop and maintain web applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js Build responsive, accessible and high-performing user interfaces Translate Figma designs and business requirements into production-ready components Create reusable components and maintain a consistent frontend architecture Manage application state, routing, authentication and API communication Improve page performance, SEO and server-side rendering Test and troubleshoot applications across browsers and devices
Backend development
Develop and maintain backend services, APIs and business logic Design secure and scalable REST APIs Manage authentication, authorisation, user roles and permissions Build integrations with ERP systems, payment providers, logistics platforms and other external services Implement webhooks, scheduled tasks, background processes and data synchronisation Design and maintain relational databases Manage database migrations, data integrity and query performance Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code
Server and infrastructure management
Configure and maintain development, staging and production environments Deploy applications and manage release processes Work with Linux servers, Docker, Nginx and cloud hosting environments Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines Monitor application health, performance, errors and logs Manage backups, SSL certificates, domains and environment configuration Apply security updates and follow infrastructure security best practices Investigate and resolve production issues when required
Product and team collaboration
Work closely with management, designers, external technical partners and internal users Turn business requirements into clear technical solutions Estimate development work and contribute to technical planning Review existing systems and suggest practical improvements Participate in code reviews, testing and technical documentation Take ownership of features throughout their full lifecycle Help define the long-term technical architecture of our platforms
Required skills
At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development Strong experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.js Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive design Experience with Vue state-management solutions such as Pinia or Vuex Experience developing backend applications with Node.js or another modern server-side framework Experience designing and consuming REST APIs Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows Practical knowledge of Linux server environments Experience with Docker, Nginx and application deployment Understanding of authentication, authorisation and common web-security principles Ability to analyse problems independently and propose reliable solutions Good written and spoken English

Experience with e-commerce or B2B digital platforms Experience integrating ERP, CRM, payment or logistics systems Knowledge of Stripe, payment flows and webhooks Experience with Redis, queues and background workers Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Knowledge of automated testing and CI/CD pipelines Experience developing PWAs or offline-first applications Familiarity with Shopware or similar e-commerce platforms Ability to work with Figma and design systems Knowledge of Italian or German
