As a Piping Supervisor (m/f/d) for the installation of pipelines, you will supervise the installation and coordination of the entire pipeline system in accordance with technical requirements and safety standards, while guiding and supporting the team in the execution of their tasks. Your responsabilities
Pipework erection supervision in the field (carbon steel and alloy steel material)• Execute the pipework erection in accordance with the work preparation/erection concept• Ensure that material is available at site
Study the isometric drawing received from the clients and to identify the pipe lines and carry out the inspectionwork (correct installation, track field progress, quality of work, time schedule, etc.)
Check flow direction arrows on valves; verify that they are properly identified and valves are installed in accordance with flow direction.
Ensure that pipe supports, hangers and guides have been installed in accordance with the piping drawings and the pipe support details.
Monitoring the QA/QC Documentation of the subcontractors and ensure that all the activities are incorporated to their system on daily basis and can be traced according to our requirements.
Supervise and Inspection of thermal insulation for pipework and equipment.
Line check to verify the use of correct material fittings, valves, and supports, prior to hydro test and prepare the test packages
Liaise / cooperate with consortium partner and their subcontractors
Assist the partners with daily detailed work planning and progress tracking in order to achieve good progress Support the Site Management in providing daily input on issues and work progress.
Your qualifications
Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in plant or power plant construction Solid knowledge of welding technology and experience with welding-related documentation Proficient in non-destructive testing methods (NDT) such as VT, PT, UT or RT Confident handling of QA-relevant technical documentation in industrial project settings Experience in deviation and non-conformity management (identification, tracking, resolution)
