Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated LOGISTICS & REPAIR SPECIALIST who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Turin- Italy.

We're looking for a LOGISTICS & REPAIR SPECIALIST who:

• Ensures the execution of the intervention starting, performing and closing of logistics and spares activities during warranty and after sales period (maintenance contracts) according to specified Service Level Agreement
• Ensures the definition and optimization of the spare parts stock to achieve contractual repair and replenishment time requirements during the warranty and after sales phases
• Ensures the technical and logistic interface with the factory for the repairing process
• Ensures execution and monitoring of repairing contracts with suppliers
• Ensures the collection and aggregation failure data on the equipment during warranty and after sales phases
• Ensures the issuing of repair Reporting activities

Required Skills/ Knowledge:

• From 3 up to 5 years Logistic experience could be a plus;

• Budgeting & cost controlling

• Knowledge of ERP (i.e. SAP), CRM (i.e. MAXIMO) and Configuration Management tools

• Logistic and warehouse management

• Planning

• Statistical analysis and “data management”

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/High school in technical area or Equivalent Technical background

Languages:

• Fluent Knowledge of English (written & spoken).
