What You Will Do
 The Food and Beverage Agent is part of the guests dining experience during their visit to our food and beverage areas
 You will welcome guests provide information about menus ingredients and allergens take care of service support the team and contribute to delivering an excellent guest experience
 You must be courteous professional and focused on guest satisfaction
 You will work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with all departments
 This role requires flexibility to work morning evening weekend holiday and night shifts
 You will also contribute to maintaining a safe clean and welcoming environment
 
Main Responsibilities
 Guest Service
 Welcome guests
 Present menus and explain dishes ingredients and allergens
 Provide recommendations when requested
 Promote additional products when appropriate
 Serve food and beverages
 Create a positive guest experience
 Maintain strong communication with guests and colleagues
 Support both service and back of house operations
 Be available for rotating shifts with particular importance given to the shift starting at six in the morning
 
Bar And Beverage Service
 Maintain knowledge of liquors spirits and beverages
 Prepare classic cocktails following company standards
 Prepare menu cocktails following recipes and presentation standards
 Food And Beverage Kitchen Support
 Prepare mise en place for breakfast room service and meeting spaces
 Prepare simple hot and cold dishes according to company standards
 Support food preparation and plating
 Communicate orders accurately to the kitchen team
 Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
 Ensure cleanliness of equipment utensils and workstations
 Report any issues to management
 
Dining Area Presentation
 Prepare tables with cutlery glassware and other required items
 Maintain dining areas clean organised and welcoming
 Monitor presentation standards throughout service

Requirements
 Previous experience as waiter waitress bartender kitchen assistant or in a similar role
 Customer oriented attitude
 Patience and attention to detail
 Excellent presentation and punctuality
 Strong organisational and multitasking skills
 Ability to work in a fast paced environment
 Strong listening and communication skills
 Team spirit
 Italian and English are mandatory
 Spanish and additional languages are an advantage
 Flexibility to work different shifts
 Italian identification documentation codice fiscale social security number and Italian bank account required at the time of joining
