We are seeking an experienced Senior Software and Firmware Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in electric motor (e-motor) systems, battery packs, Battery Management Systems (BMS), inverters, DC-DC converters, and auxiliary systems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing software and firmware for our advanced automotive systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop software and firmware for e-motor control, BMS, inverters, DC-DC converters, and auxiliary systems.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and firmware components.
• Optimize system performance and reliability through innovative coding and algorithm development.
• Lead debugging, testing, and validation activities for software and firmware solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automotive software and firmware.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software and firmware development within the automotive sector or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
• Extensive knowledge of control systems for e-motors, battery packs, and power electronics.
• Experience with Battery Management Systems (BMS), inverters, DC-DC converters, and auxiliary system software.
• Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
