KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configuration and maintenance of the IT Infrastructure and IT Applications.
Coordination with global teams, enable support at site.
Support the IT requirements for ITOT automation projects.
Provide support and maintain of IT OT systems in compliance with guidelines and regulations, and company validation standards.
Ensure high availability of critical systems supporting manufacturing, laboratory, and quality operations.
Provide IT OT support for qualifications (including GMP environments), on IT OT systems.
Laboratory support/Implementation of IT hardware solutions and related infrastructure.
Troubleshooting and research of analytical software applications and laboratory PC systems (level 2/3), and manufacturing equipment.
User administration and support for new tool deployments.
Regular liaison with application and solution providers.
Assist in IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and execution for new OT systems.
Maintain system lifecycle documentation / ensure data integrity for regulated Systems.
Implement SOPs to conform to standards and policies.
Support Patching & Updates of OT systems following guidelines.
Provide support to other IT areas or Global IT teams.
Ensure appropriate response to audit/IT Security assessment.
Conduct system reviews (GMP systems) and backups.
Introduce/deliver enterprise end-user IT services/solutions provided via global service portfolio in sites.
SKILLS:
REQUIRED TRAINING: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 2+ years in a desktop support environment
LANGUAGE SKILLS: High English and Spanish. IT, FR or DE valued Contract: Permanent, + probation period
PLACE OF WORK: Barcelona (Spain)
WORK CONDITIONS:
CONTRACT: Permanent (probation period)
SALARY: 30.000€-38.000€ gross/year commensurate with experience
WORKING HOURS: 40/week. 08:30h 17:30h Occasional public holiday work. On-call shifts and travels to Europe (Travel related costs covered additionally). Supplementary payments (fixed amount/year) including meal voucher, fuel or kilometres. Compensation for on-call shifts, public holiday work, and overtime hours. Place of work: Barcelona (Spain)
