Software Architect / Team Lead

In this role you are responsible for the life-cycle of CID software products. You:
- Analyze and create software specifications
- Define software architecture requirements and build corresponding models
- Design, implement integrate and verify software modules
- Monitor software development process (including evaluation of software security concepts)
- Deliver accurate and consisten cost estimate for IT projects
- Moderate workshops with customers and present development status to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage projects and sub-projects of different size and complexity
Requirements:
- University graduate in Computer Science or comparable discipline
- Minimum of two years working experience
- Practical experience with C#/Java, common software design patterns, tools and frameworks
- Good understanding of data structures and their utilization
- Good knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD)
- Good knowledge of UML for system modeling and verification and validation plans
- Friendly, open-minded personality and excellent team working skills
- Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken
